I was rank 16, yoi had a better chance at winnings elims if you were the bottom seed than a higher one because all of the teams below them were really good

I'd honestly just alt f4 at that point.

In a tournament one of our sister teams our B team got into this position for qualifications they got good teammates so they were ranked one and they had teams going up to them and telling them don’t pick us if our B team wanted to could have messed up the whole bracket which would have effected the winning team our coach told them the B team not to do this and now he says he regrets it

Why would they not? That just means the overall alliances would be weaker meaning that your B teams position would be stronger as everyone would then need to be looking outside of the top seeds anyway. So now your B team now has the best 1st pick of the robots left who can't decline. Assuming you want to win then you just gotta say boo hoo to those teams and do the best for yourselves ,which I remind you, is about to go against those said team lol

Yes I was very confused after looking on vex via after the didn’t make it to dome

MS worlds quals are messed up, too easy to get carried to first seed from personal experience in the Design div, a trash team was first seed for an entire day until they finally had an qual that actually made sense

design was wild bro bunch of clawbots and farmbots we went 8-2 (lost 1 game by battery didnt plug in) we got only 3 awp whole comp ranked 12 and we got destroyed by IFT Z 😭

and then lost in qf lol

@@9545X nah, we had to accept them so we could at least get to quarters lol. We asked them why they picked us and they said they didn't see another team on their list on top of us, and that team they skipped over probably would have accepted them.😢
