absolutely correct
In HW question 2 when 0110-1011 are subtracted the ans is 0101 which is equal to 5 in decimal but the ans in decimal should be -5. What should be done for this.

In previous videos you were directly finding 7's (r-1)'s complement, if you are adding 1 to find 2's complement in this video then according to this logic. In the previous video , you should have added 6 after finding 1's complement, to get to the result of 7's complement.

It's not in decimal. In binary, (r^n - 1) = 1111 when r =2, n = 4, that is, 2^4 - 1 = 15 which is 1111 in binary.

If radix is 16 then it is represented in hexadecimal form where : (10) -> A (11)-> B (12)->C (13) -> D (14)-> E (15)-> F Since r is 16, hence it is represented in the form (16-1) that is F

If you take c, int has 2 bytes. So 2's complement of 0 would make the highest negative number. That is -(2 power 15) considering signed

When r=8, (r^4-1)= (8^4-1)= (4096-1) = 4095 .... This is in decimal, when u convert this to octal, u will get 7777
