Fordrake isn't a pseudo legendary its just very rare. a pseudo legendary is a tanorian that had 3 stage evolution that takes long to finish and has a total of 600 base stats total at the final evolution

It a single stage and it also not in slow exp so it not technically even if it did have 60, but they could pull an archaludon here
