Each person in this world is born into circumstances beyond their control and choice. Some in ease, others in hardship. Some advantaged, others disadvantaged. Each of us has a story, and each is a unique journey. Some are left with scars and traumas, others loss and grief, some in safety and protection, others survived wars and atrocities. From each, there are blessings hidden and disguised in suffering, others through afluency and opportunities. Each must identify both the blessings and tests they have and rise. Many people fail by jumping to judgments about others, not knowing their passed struggles and circumstances, instead of looking into their own hearts and Iman, their own shortcomings and weaknesses, and rather than assisting, advising with goodness and helping others to rise and heal.
Then there are those whom Allah brings a leader out of, a benefit to others through the hardships of life’s harsh lessons, to become a source of hope, healing and guidance to the vulnerable and troubled like them. Whomever Allah uses in the task of spreading His Message and helping others out of darkness, is a better gift than what the sun has risen upon.
This is a story of struggle, hardship, pain, grief, heartbreak, agony and survival, to a guidance from Allah from darkness to light, narrowness to vastness, loneliness to being part of an ummah, and from heartbreaking loss to gain and healing.
Join me in this rich, emotional and inspiring podcast with my dear brother in Islam Akhi Ayman as we journey through his life of darkness to light, to become on the road of inspiration and healing for thousands of hurting youth around the world.

Alhamdulilah!!! I agree wholeheartedly. I myself also lived a life of drugs and crime. Then was drawn to Islam when I was spiritually broken. I did a 180 degree turn from having my back towards God to turning to Allah SWT. This has changed my entire being, by removing the veil I had between myself and Allah SWT. I took my shahada 2 and a half months ago, and I. SO GRATEFUL. ALHAMDULILAH. PEACE AND BLESSINGS TO ALL MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS

From the Islamic perspective we see everyone, even you are born into this world as a Muslim, pure without sin! Its only later that we deviate from our natural disposition in believing in the one who created us either by parents teaching something else other than the truth, by society and distractions in this material world etc, Islam just brings us back to align our hearts with our purpose which gives us great feeling of content and satisfaction while we live or looking ahead after death! Its nice to see you watching this and hope you continue to watch and observe and seek knowledge with an open heart, may Allah ease your journey for truth and/or keep you on the truth if you already found it. We are a family, one body and you have brothers all over the world bound by faith which is far closer than blood!

SubhanAllah…before I watched this podcast I loved how Akhi Ayman could relate to the youth, his message was powerful and by the permission of Allah would help transform many of the youth but I NEVER realised how I could benefit from him as a mother. I pray my children love me the way he loved his mother, I pray I can be a great role model for them in helping them love Allah and his beautiful deen. This podcast has made me reflect on my role as a mother and how I am raising my children. I actually found out who Akhi Ayman was through a lecture on YT, he was talking about his life in the streets to the Deen, I genuinely related a lot even tho I’ve been in a gang before, Akhi just has that type of energy about him. May Allah reward you both for this excellent conversation.

Allahumma Barik, Akhi Ayman is a lion of Allah, him and his family fought their entire lives simply for being Muslim, Allah Subhanallah wa Talla provides the hardest battles to his toughest soilders and Alhamdullilah preserved Ayman's life so that he may guide the ummah and the youth especially, closer to our Lord. May Allah strengthen our Iman and protect us all.

Very very cute I loved this 🧡 I grew up watching Sheikh Belal Assad and what I love about him is he is a real person along with everything else, I am not gonna lie my first impression of akhi Ayman was that he was misogynistic and a roadman so I loved the realness in him addressing that, and Akhi Ayman, sorry about your loss, and as my mother has Cancer I can only imagine the loss, I am oceans away from her, and from listening to you speak vulnerably about it, I think I have decided that inshaAllah I will be spending more time with her, in any way possible. Allahuma Barik
