Getting online advise from a random guy is pretty lame, but look at the last pull in this vid... top strength is there no doubt but efficiency in the hook (stopped match) is something to work on imo. Compared to Marcio for instance.. his form is better and less taxing, he tries to be tighter and get that elbow inside the body constantly with small adjustments. Honestly with a little better technique your inside game could be pretty unbeatable at your weight. Anyways you probably already knows this. Good luck brother

Oh man Marcio is one of my favorite ppl in the sport. We are 3hrs apart and I'm sure we will do this more😊

Perfect sparring because you do it controlled like Brzenk working on certain aspects of your game instead of going all out and injuring each other. That's how you can quickly see that someone is a pro and serious about the sport and not a rookie who just wants to score pins in practice to satisfy the brittle ego
