I'm italian: In your video i saw a lot of experience from you, how you make sausages, and how you make the pizza, obviosly. For all the viewers, everyone has his own recipe, I'm here to show mine: For the dough i put the flour in one side and water in the other one, melt the salt in the water and put the yeast in the flour, than mix everything. I try not to put the salt in contact with the yeast, as it is a water absorber, it would probably drink the water of the yeast's enzymes and they would die. For the tomato, i use the pulp, not the sauce, i put a little bit of olive oil and some basil, and i neither use mixer nor i cook it, and then mozzarella, i cut it in strips medium size. This is how i'm used to make Pizza!!! Love your channel🔥🔥

That was a great video. The 1 day pizza looked delicious. When we make homemade pizza, I usually make something closer to the 1 hour pizza, except I use our bread-maker to make the dough.

Amazing guy doing it all by hand. Shows how dedicated he is. Love the outside oven… it’s amazing. Great work… I don’t actually like pizza but your video made my stomach rumble at 1.20am UK time… Thanks 😊 😂

@@vital20 Yeah the dough looks terrible. For the 1 minute or 1h pizza, i can understand that it won't be a nice dough but for a 1 day pizza it shouldn't look like that. Going through the trouble of making nice sausage and even having such a nice oven just to fuck up on that part.

The last pizza looked incredible, but there are two things I'd personally change. Firstly, you could make the dough first, and just let it rest for as long as you'd need. It would be a million times tastier even after 5-6 hours. And secondly, please don't spread the dough by using a rolling pin. Use your hands! Pizza doesn't have to be perfectly round. And also by using a rolling pin you push all the good gasses out of the dough, making it chewy, and condensed. Try using palms of your hands and it will be much, much better!

It's very hurtfull how he treats the dough, i thought that in the 1 day pizza, he would let it rest at least 12 hours for a good fermentation 😔. Good toppings, very bad dough.

Never use a pastry roller for the dough.... U press out all the stuff that has been built up by the yeast 🙆‍♂️ take your fingers and push outwards, that way the whole base gets way better and u get a really nice fluffy crust. Edit: clearly u know what u are doing and are an excellent chef, looks tatsy too, but thats just what i have learned

Im surprised noone seems to be mad about him using the rolling pin for the 1h pizza instead of his hands so that you have a fluffy crust and not this flattened out burned ring of dough around your pizza. Because imo that looks so much nicer and its also nice to dip the crust in a sauce of you choice.

Which is weird. I went in expecting some of the most accurate leavening possible But it was all meat. If it was the "steak in a day" video or something i would've understood, but this was surprisingly disappointing.

Maybe the methods aren't those you find in a Michelin star kitchen... but it doesn't need to be pretty to taste good. And this man has some serious flavors going on with his 24 hour pizza :)

RIP that first pizza. i've actually done this and the bottom part is burnt you actually eat charcoal. there is not enough heat distribution in frying pan unlike in the oven. bottom part is burnt, the topping stay raw like how Gordon Ramsay screaming at people : "ITS RAAW". i would warn people to never try this. just stick with good old oven. for pizzas sake.
