I immediately recognized it lmaoo. I used to use it from 2015 to 2020-ish which is close to when I finally got the real Minecraft. :) And honestly, this laptop is all too relatable. My old computer was also Windows 7 and ran at 20 fps. 😭

naw bro. It had ONE CPU with 1 core @ 2.2 ghz. Literally an unusable machine. I have gotten minecraft to run on 20 dollar chromebooks with a stable 55-60 FPS (100% playable) using mx linux on a draw distance of 8, which is actually pretty impressive if I have to say so myself for the dollar spent

7:19 this is TLauncher btw, a free version of Minecraft. The reason he had to blur it is because Mojang could come after him for showing the download process in his video, they take that very seriously (I'm speaking from experience, I had videos deleted and got a copyright strike over one video JUST BECAUSE I WAS PLAYING A CRACKED VERSION). I didn't even show the download process and I still got a copyright strike just because I didn't want to pay for the game. Kinda sad.

Also, the reason I got a copyright strike was because some guy thought I had stolen his video, and he reported mine to get my channel taken down for theft. Apparently KZread decided that I hadn't stolen his video after all (because I hadn't) but they still gave me a strike anyway for playing a cracked version, even though I didn't show the download process or home screen.

I have a tip for you , try to install Linux distribution instead like Zorin OS Lite, Bodhi Linux or Linux Mint XFCE as those are the lightest distros and are more light than windows

I suggest downloading tiny 11, it mimics windows 11 but strips it down, and makes your pc faster.

You could have just used an older version in the first place. The GPU in that experiment doesn’t support the version of open gl required to run above 1.16

Ive used even worse laptop. It has 4gb ddr3 ram, intel i5 1st genration and intel HD graphics (integrated) it was from 2008. Ive played gta 5 and minecraft in it like 15 fps. It has mother board issue now and its in the repair shop rn . Im so lazy to take it back

the error bassicly means the pc is too slow, it basically said "Too slow to run graphics!" so downloading drivers, would help bc. ARENT UPDATED GRAPHICS, BETTER?

Minecraft is ideally optimised for every computer, I get 60 fps on my ThinkPad X230 (i5 3320M, HD 4000) but get 25 fps on Roblox. Also you did not need to download Java, as the launcher has intergrated Java.

Guiny you are an absolute goat when it come to optimising old low end pc but i have tried everything i have a 2012 macbook air with lowest setting i get around 200 fps but it is not stable can u make a video on optimising an old mac and get high fps on it pls:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

on windows 7 you talked about cracked launcher at 8:00 behind that black window and below rhe minecraft launcher has a tla so it is Tlaucher cuz i know my laucnher that i dont use

you realize that windows 7 was pre installed on the laptop as i have looked at the manufactuar and found windows 7 factory installed

for your knowledge: 5x5x5 is a cube that has 125 blocks. Not 25.

the fix for the opengl error is to install mesa drivers

this laptop is not supposed to run win 10 more like xp or vista maybe windows 7 because it got a really slow hard drive and win 10 isnt optimized for HDD so yeah
