প্রথমেই অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা 100k এর জন্য..আমিও ভিষন খুশি আপনাদের সাথে...একটা মুহুর্ত শেয়ার করছি,আমি তখন কলেছে,হঠাৎ whatsapp এ মেসেজ,অনন্যা পাঠিয়েছিল একটা লিংক,ব্যস্ত ছিলাম বলে ওপেন করিনি তখন...বাড়ীতে ফিরে এসে লিংক'টা ওপেন করতে মোবাইলে তমা'দির আওয়াজ রেসিপিটা ছিল "মুরগী ভুনা"...রেসিপিটা পুরোটা নিঃশব্দে দেখলাম...কোন কথা নয় সাথে সাথে দিলাম সাবস্ক্রাইবের বাটন টা টিপে...তার পর থেকে আপনাদের সাথে যাত্রা শুরু...যখন আপনাদের রেসিপির নটীফিকেশন আসে,সংগে সংগেই দেখে নেই। এই নয় টা মাসে অনেক গুলো রেসিপি পেয়েছি আপনাদের কাছ থেকে...অনেক কিছু শিখেছি...শুধু আপনারা আমার মোবাইলে নন...আমাদের বাড়ীর বসার ঘরে যে টিভি টা আছে সেটা তে আমি আপনাদের চ্যানেল লাগিয়ে রাখি...মা বাবা ভাই বোন সবাই মিলে আপনার রেসিপি দেখি...মা তো অনেক গুলো ডিস বানিয়েছে তবে সব চেয়ে ভাল হয়েছিল,কাল জাম,ডিম সরষে,বোম্বে টোস্ট,চিকেন জল ফ্রেজি আর ইদানিং পোস্ট করা চিলি পটেটো... আমার থেকে অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা রইলো...একদিন এই স্পাইস বাংলা মিলিয়ন সাবস্ক্রাইবার পার করবে শুধুমাত্র একটু সময় দেওয়া...সেদিন আমি বাড়ীতে কেক বানাবো আর তার উপর ১ মিলিয়ন লিখে কালার ফ্রস্টিং করবো...ভিডিও অবশ্যই ফেসবুকে শেয়ার করবো...কথা দিলাম।

আম্মু দেশে যাওয়ায় আমাকে রান্নার দায়িত্ব নিতে হলো, আর এই সুযোগে ইউটিউব ঘাটাঘাটি শুরু করলাম. কোনো চ্যানেলে annoying music, কোনো ভিডিওর voice over ভালো লাগেনা.
