Regret happens when mind goes in past.... If mind is in present moment there is no place for regret
I feel that we must not follow any teacher, even Krishnamurti. We must find our own way which can bring peace, love and clarity. We must not think too much about this concept of the observer and the observed. It will be clear if we experience this state of oneness between the two. Thinking about it will create more confusion.

In there a way to experience anything.......
We need to keep our mind in equanimity when observing. Not reacting with judgement and evaluation, but simply looking at world as it is. Not defining what is good or bad, not tagging any judgement to what we are observing, just simply looking at things as they are without any bias. When we start doing this we start feeling at peace, because there is nothing to change and nothing to get bothered about, as We are simply observing and not longing for change to fit the situation or things as per our desires.
Those who want to grow through awareness towards the self awareness is a very helpful video...... happy to be chanced upon this channel 🙏

Thanks Dr Shukla for the deep insights provided here I wanted to know is this the same as Eckhart Tolle teaching when he says just be aware of everything that crosses your thoughts and in that awareness all problems will dissolve ? In that situation, if someone is intentionally disturbing you or acting inconsiderately then how to be choicelessly aware in that moment ? One example is my neighbour who does loud party at night with no considerstion for the other people in community. How to be just aware without reacting in this and other similar situations ?

I guess when all are attachments are gone then you’ll not be concerned about observation or awareness or judgments there all the things will dissolve..

#askdk When we do this observing the thought, its gone immediately. And mind shift on breaths for some moments then again some random thoughts started flowing, again observing thoughts they gone again, again breath then thoughts.. won't able to understand what i have to observe.

To observing soming thing he is forgetting the law of nature that is time and sapce.Without this how can an objserver observed.There must be two entities

When something that is any emotion or any idea is in the state of observation, means when it can trace the origin of that thought this is the time when observer (self) became observed (thought).

I think J KRISHNAMURTI’S Meditation looks illogical sometimes. How anyone can do without focusing on anything ? If you don’t focus on anything and allow thoughts and feelings it will run over us. Atleast focus on space is good. By allowing any emotion and thoughts indirectly feel by us.
Believe me, I have been following same till in my life. I am sure this one way of observation will make your life in one quote. For beginners I advise you “ put you self to other before say something to them....
