As I sit here having woke up around 10:40 after having needed to sleep in after a late trip to the movies with my Mom and Grandparents for this Mother’s Day(we went to see Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes), I’m obviously in the state of feeling not too faded for an hour, but too exhausted for an hour. I’ve been working my new job for a year now, so it’s not new anymore, but I lied awake in bed after a great night out with family and realized I haven’t had a fun night out like that in a while. My job and personal responsibilities taking up more of my schedule, I’ve just naturally felt less of the compulsive urge to wanna fall back into addictive patterns. But that’s a good thing. You grow out of that sort of thing after you’ve taken some sheltered you-time on your phone for a fair amount of years and then once take a step back to focus on actual, productive activities. It’s a sign of maturity for me personally. This week, let’s all try to be a little bit less faded by our technology and overdose of screen time. Take care, bros.😏😎😌
