Well, "getting" just means you understand the motions and how it works. Actually learning it and being so good at it that you always land it without even thinking about it, is what takes years of practice. I'm damn sure Wren landed on his face a couple times at the beginning after he "got" how to do the curb climb.

aaah man Wren. awesome to see another onewheel video. I just got an XR this week from a guy used with only 6 miles on it. Can't wait to put more miles on it once I get a helmet and being able to ride with people once this is all over. Thanks for making the onewheel content over the years on this channel. It's been enjoyable to watch and was def a reason I got one of these boards.

I love how obsessed with the 1 wheel wren is, he loves that thing so much

So I'm trying to learn this and I think this might be the best tutorial I've seen for curb nudges. I've tried for a few days and also watched maybe three or four videos on how to do this, but I feel like maybe this will be the video that gets me there. There is a storm so it'll be raining the next few days but when the weather clears up I'll be out there again trying this.

Sadly here in the Philippines we're on total lockdown, absolutely no going outside our houses. So no hanging out with skate friends until June :( At least i could practice my VFX and 3D while trapped inside! Hope you all are safe

WREN. OH MY GOD. I just had a kidney stone too! It was shocking and scary to rush to the ER in so much pain having no idea what was happening, especially during quarantine! I'm super glad you're okay and got through to the other side. One of the most painful experiences of my life.

I'm glad you seem to be ok too!! Man that was an extremely miserable experience for me. It's like... the pain was VERY bad but I almost feel like the nausea was worse! I spent an entire week constantly feeling sea-sick like I was gonna throw up at any moment. That and the headaches. ughh

@@SirWrender Interesting, sounds like we had different experiences. I had the fortune of passing 2 stones in a short time frame. The first was 48 hours of mild aching pain perforated by a few hours here and their of searing pain that ended with intense nausea. The second stone a few days later took about a week and was much more mild aching pain consistently for that time. Headaches and extreme nausea must've been awful if it held up for so long.

I bought a onewheel up here in Canada because of how much Wren loves it! I’ve had less than a week and have put on over 20 km’s and for my first battle wounds today

Now I have to try this on my Pint! So awesome to see the Onehweel showing up in videos again :)

this would be a lot easier in the UK, our "sidewalks" arnt that high compared to the US 👍

It's because of this channel, mostly Wren, that I own a Onewheel. They really need to give you some sort of referral credit or something. It really has made my life more fun and enjoyable. Tomorrow New Jersey opened up parks again and besides being nervous about starting a second wave, I am so stoked to get back on the dirt trails.

I just got my Onewheel XR + today (well, rather it's arriving today) and I have been wanting to get one for the last 2 years now ever since I saw Corridor using them. I've just never been able to afford it. Just got some float plates, helmet, gloves, elbow and wrist guard too. If it wasn't for corridor, I never would have got one. Thanks guys!

Also, I'm a bit disappointed by lack of Mulan's "I'll make a man out of you" song in the background ;)

This was incredible for learning the curb hop. I tried a different tutorial for a while but once I used wrens tricks it was easy and I got it in an hour. He’s a great teacher

finally got curb nudge today, this video was the one that helped me get it

I really want to get a one wheel. But the thing is they are really expensive. Like REALLY expensive

I would love to see a video on what the crew recommend for people interested in getting a onewheel, since you have a whole range of experience levels there.

Wow Wren....kidney stone is no joke. I had to pass two in the last 6 months. Hurt like hell. All the advice doctor gave me "Once a stone, always a stone. Drink lots of water, prevent more stones." He was a simple man.
