Perfect video as mar and sleep music

Whenever I feel anxious this video never fails to make me calm.

Audio makes me feel like I’m in some ethereal dimension. This is perfect.

I don't know how this can relax you when all I'm thinking is 'what are they doing/making?', and getting no answers. Subtitles would be good.

Ya I agree. For some of the videos I’d like to know what their doing and why they do it. I’m curious most of the time lol but I just have shut my brain off and remember this is supposed to make me relaxed not thinking about everything 🤣🤣
