Thanks for concatenating some remarkable pronunciation lessons. Your right about squirrel. In Bavaria (part of Germany) the tail of a squirrel is a famous language test for Northern Germans. They can't pronunce the Bavarian „Oachkatzlschwoaf“, meaning Eichkatzlschweif or tail of a squirrel.. A common word difficult to pronunce for me is „literally“, especially when I repeat it three- or fourtimes.

Wes, I like your videos. I like the way you teach pronunciation. I would be happy to continue listening to your explanations and your American pronunciation. I am here to learn. The first girl's pronunciation was of the person speaking Russian even though she tried her best. Why would I need that kind of pronunciation?

Hi there! I have a question for you. Why do I have trouble understanding what the actors are saying in english TV shows? I can understand what they are saying when they speak a bit slowly. But I'm unable to understand them when they start talking faster. I Can understand you perfectly well while watching your videos and other native English speakers when listening to audiobooks. And I have been learning english for almost 2 years and 5 months, spending majority of my time listening to english. How long will it take me to understand 100% of what the characters say in english tv shows and movies just as i can understand almost everything the people are saying in my own native language?
In russian it Belka if you know our poetry it rather beautiful

Have u ever done a lesson on commas? They are my Achilles heel. I’ve tried to understand when to use them, but the rules don’t resemble the English language! Did the previous sentence need a comma?

The word parmesan came fron italian piramigano and without this sort of cheese it imposible to imagine italian cusine
In fact some native speakers would stress that “where” is not supposed to be pronounced as “wear.”
please tell the fourmula of English how can I improve my language

Hello sir, I hope you are doing great. May I ask you two sentences, do you drop the pronouns h sound and link the word before it? 1. I think it's his. 2. Do you know what he did? Thank you very much.
@InteractiveEng
22 сағат бұрын
In these sentences, the H may elide and then linking would occur. But again, this is not a concrete rule. You may hear it or hear the individual words. 👍

@@InteractiveEng Thank you very much for helping me out sir. Have a terrific day 😀
how we will know where to stress?
So you think Adidas comes from Adolf Dassler? I thought it to be an acronym for „All day I dream about sex“. Your German pronunciation of Volkswagen was correct. You're pronunciation of Nevada would be corrected by Jacky Rosen just like she did in „Jacky Rosen Brutally Grills Postmaster General Louis DeJoy“ available at youtube.
