48:23 That's a really nice catch! In my opinion the A340's are some of the best looking aircraft in the skies. A big shame they are old and will soon be phased out.

Production of A340 was stopped and replaced by A350-1000

APM 08279 5255 blade program was nothing to do with the A340, they just used it as a test bed, the blade is for future aircraft.

The aircraft is not used for travel anymore cuz of its four engines 🤦‍♂️

JFK is a perfect place to go to if you want to see large amounts of wide-body aircraft, and this video is living proof of it!

I do believe I would be fishing everyday at that spot

Not much of a plot, but the special effects are pretty good!

Awesome vids! One suggestion. You should get plane finder. It cost 5 dollars but tells you ALL the info on the flight. Maybe you can announce the basic info in the vid, that would be cool. Other than that, your vids are awesome!!

+Lance Glauser thanks. I have annotations in some videos but it depends how old the footage is... for some videos the playback function doesn't help anymore when it is 1 year ago or more... also it is a lot of work

Where were you spotting from?

The last couple of years I have became a huge airplane nut.only commercial planes really and videos like these are absolutely fantastic.keep uploading and I'll continue watching.subsribing now.

Saw the apartment complex where I live when Virgin Atlantic A340-600 took off from runway 4L . I never have to leave my house to see all the action at JFK and sometimes the Landing pattern LaGuardia when they use Runway 31 . My apartment complex is in between both airports

Another lot of stunning footage and beautiful aircraft! Any plans to spot at Houston [IAH/KIAH] in the near future? A large variety of flights there. Denver [DEN/KDEN] would also be a good location for some spotting.

Really awesome video! Did you film this from Bayswater Park? I heard it is a good place for spotting 04R arrivals and 04L departures. EDIT: You can hear people saying "753" (757-300) 1:21. Haha!

Yes i know, hahaha, i'm from ecuador and TAME is the most popular airline and it is the primary one. if you come to ecuador, you will see lots of TAME aircrafts , including Aerogal which is another Ecuadorian Airline, now it is operated by Avianca. and rarely you will see other international airlines like: Iberia, American Airlines, Latam, KLM, etc.

Great video dude ! Do you need a permit to do some planespotting in the USA ? In Paris CDG, it is indispensable for planespotting. You can get fined 450 euros if you do not have it on your slot.

best have a look on spotterguide .net - the positions vary with the wind direction and i have only been there once 6 years ago...

Wow, was für ein geiles Spotting - Video von JFK!!! Goodbye Air Berlin - solche Aufnahmen sind nun historisch. Dafür werden wir wohl zukünftig öfter die Eurowings - A332 sehen... Tame und Fly Jamaica kannte ich sogar bisher überhaupt nicht. Gibt es irgendwelche Info´s zur B767 (N796JM) ab 22:50? Und natürlich Glückwunsch für 15Tsd Abonnenten!
