These old WWII sirens were used as flood alert sirens in my town up until 15yrs ago and teuce a year they conducted a test. It was positioned only 30m from the roof of my apartment and used to terrify my young son 😂

I play this Sat and Sun mornings at 8 am to wake up my kids. The trick is not to blare it. This way it gently annoys them to a crescendo

You all know it is not all fun and games if you lived through the war. If you were living then this would have been very frightening especially if you were a Jewish person!!! Show some respect to those who have lived and died hearing this siren. Some of those who heard this siren it may have been the last thing they heard before they died, and it was petrifitying in the 2nd world war. I only listen to it because it is part of history, and all i can think of is that this is the last thing they heard and living in fear when they died!!!!!!!!!
