Recipe and ingredients:

00:19 Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
00:22 1 egg.
00:24 Water 100 ml.
00:47 1 onion.
01:23 Olive oil.
01:32 Carrots 100 g.
01:37 Fry over medium heat.
01:55 1 clove of garlic.
02:08 Salt.
02:29 Parmesan 1 tbsp.
02:44 Olive oil.
03:10 Sesame.
03:17 Fry over low heat.
03:47 Recipe 2
Oatmeal 2 cups.
2 apples.
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon Baking powder.
Stevia.
Vanillin.
Cranberries 80 g.
Tangerine peel.
Ginger.
Juice of 2 tangerines.
Avocado oil.
In the oven/30 minutes/180°C/360°F.
Allow the cake to cool completely.

1 courgette.
Salt.
Wait 10 minutes.
Oat flakes 4 tbsp.
100g cheese.
2 eggs.
Pepper.
Mix.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes/180°C/360°F.

Oatmeal 1 cup.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
Chives.
Avocado oil.
Mozzarella.
17:19 Recipe 5.
2 small bananas.
Peel and cut the bananas.
Walnuts 150 gr.
Chop bananas in a blender.
Lemon juice.
Grind walnuts in a blender.
Combine bananas and walnuts and mix well.
We get a mixture like this.
Place the mixture on parchment.
In the oven/20 minutes/200C/400F.
