I am on so many supps and just have not got very far since 2011. I am at the end of my tether.

Have you tried fennel? I was diagnosed with IBS in February 2021. It has been a journey, different diets, supplements, etc. I continued doing research and I read about fennel. I have always suffered from constipation, that's why I know I have IBS-C. I take 1 pill of fennel (480 mg) and 1 pill of magnesium (400 mg) to help with constipation. So far, so good. Magnesium has helped me since 2021 with constipation, I wish I would've known sooner. I have tried fennel for almost 3 months now and it has helped with 90% of my flare ups. Last time I got one, it was very minimal. Good luck and don't give up. Shalom 🙏
