Ciao Ciao Marco....never eat uni from anywhere near a harbor....they may absorb oils and other yucky stuff. Uni is an acquired taste...it took me a few times of trying it to finally love it....Look for a deep rich yellow color...Mangia Mangia... Anthony & Julie From Kauai’s North Shore.

Hi Heidi, it was Terriaki Chicken, with a brown bread roll, rice and salad, for dessert, a hot fudge sundae!
