For Bhuga Rice
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Serving Spoon
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Onion(प्याज़) - 2-3
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Water(पानी) - 2 Bowl
* Soak Rice(भिगोएँ चावल) - 1 Bowl
For Palak
* Water(पानी) - For Boiling
* Spinach(पालक) - 1 Bunch
* Sugar(चीनी) - Some
* Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े)
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Serving Spoon
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 5
* Onion(प्याज) - 2
* Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) - 1 Spoon
* Roasted Gram(बेसन) - 2 Spoon
* Garam Masala Powder(गरम मसाला पाउडर ) - 1/2 Spoon
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Roughly Grind Spinach(पालक दरदरा पीसा) - 2 Spoon
* Spinach Paste(पालक का पेस्ट)
* Whisked Curd(फेंटा हुआ दही) - 3-4 Spoon
For Tadka
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Garlic(लहसुन)
* White Sesame Seeds(सफ़ेद तिल)
* Dry Whole Red Chili(सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 2-3 Chilies
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Bhugha Rice: in a Kadhai, put Oil, Cumin seeds, Onion, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, and Water and mix it well. then add Soak Rice mix it Cover it half and cooks it well on a slow flame. Serve the tasty Bhooge Pulao and enjoy.
For Lehsuni Palak: In a pan, add Oil, Cumin seeds, Green Chili, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Roasted Gram Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder, Then put Tomatoes, Salt and Water cook it. then add Roughly Grindy Spinach Cover it & cook it. then put spinach paste, whisked curd in it Cook it. then add tadka in it.
