Thanks. I’m at the same point. In a studio that I keep out growing yet I live in. I’m currently working on my 3rd and last make over, I’ll be moving out by year 4. I started traveling the world last year and after that I wanted to experience more things that were comfortable for me. For the first time in my life I want better and more for me. It’s time to focus and move on :)

I truly appreciated your insight on spending some money on the closet. I'm moving to a studio with a "walking closet" and was stressing about how to organize it and maximize that space. You solved my problem today. I will be going to Ikea and investing on my closet.

Hey! I find the videos interesting as I plan to set up my space. I wonder you did not get a TV. It’s something intentional or there’s something else.

I think your 2nd set up overall looked the best. As for the Hemnes daybed, you do realize it pulls out and makes a bed double the size of how you were sleeping on it, right? I haven't had one myself (several friends have) so I don't know if it's annoying to pull out and move the mattress but that is how it's designed. I never suggest that people have an actual bed in their studio (even when they have both a bed and a sofa) because it looks too much like a hotel room or a teen bedroom, and it's uncomfortable to have people over when the only place they can sit is on the bed. I really like how you repainted the door and styled the entrance.

Back in the day I found your channel through your Feng Shui video and I must say, I love the way you styled your space! It feels really harmoniously. Also great job on the comments within the video, they are always quite charming and funny :D One detail that I noticed: The audiotracks at 1:00 and 1:40 might be identical, I found that was a bit strange, because they follow each other almost immediately.

I am currently in the process of moving and I am going back and forth about the idea of bed size. Your space looks about size I will have to design in so I was wondering...What size bed did you decide on for the space? Also what size is the apartment?

Did you eventually remove the legs from the white shelf??

im not sure if this is awkward to ask (and you can ignore if it is) but what was the purchase price?

My favorite part is the closet renovation. That alone makes the entire room look better, it's obvious you put quality time to plan it. But since you asked, I'd put more colors in the whole place. The "white-on-white" fashion worked nice for Angel, but I prefer to spice it up with more organic tones. Awesome condo studio! I'm wondering how you got your mortgage all set? I'm also planning to have a condo studio but it seems like it's very hard to get regular mortgage as my condo is probably a really tiny one. :) Any advice??

I miss Your-Voice A-Lot. The 3rd Layout. Also I would get Dark Green Colors as Bed-Spreads. Also Some Curtains that is Kind of Dark. I don’t like it to bright.
