Do you need to do programming on the new abs module?

Do you know Witch fault code there was?

Abs lamp is on.Once I hit brakes steonger Lamp go off. Sometime is off until I first brake. What is peoblem 123

You don't need to bleed the brakes at the calipers? Only up top?

It should be done on all the wheels theoretically , however once on a old car i just added new fluid after pump removal and the brakes worked fine without bleeding

Hello, how are you? My car is an Audi 2005 AUDI A4 1.8 CABRIOLET VIN: WAUAC48H85K013889 CONVERTIBLE 1.8L I4 F 20V GASOLINE FRONT WHEEL DRIVE The ABS does not work and the lights flash on the car dashboard. I want to replace it. I think I’m able to do it. But I would like to know if I have to take into account any more considerations when doing the work.

Hello ! Have you determined what is the cause of the fault ? any trouble codes ? The most important and the firts step is to make sure that the ABS module is faulty

@@gonzalodiprimio Yes , many times there can be from a simple connector issue to wheel speed sensors etc . To read what the computer report through that ABS warning light you will need a scan tool and connect it to the OBD2 port .
