This used to be a larger location with 2 restrooms (also with Highcliff Ultras which replaced Highcrests in 2018) but they removed one of the restrooms

Minimally good toilet
If you mean close off one bathroom, they did this with the Gardena location on Artesia and Western. This was before they moved to a new drive-thru location down the street.
