1/76 Turbo Racing RC car body swap DIY tutorial how to
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Swapped over some Inno64 wheels and a ~1/70 scale Suzuki Jimny body. After some running I switched back to stock. The diecast tires are too hard and spin out too much.

I'm impressed, it's hysterically fun. Reminds me of an old ZIp Zap mini R/C car i have. Great job!

I found this video after thinking about those old Zip Zap cars, loads of fun!
Looks so much better than the original!
Good job
Incredibly creative, man. How fun is this thing!?

If you keep it on a table it's good fun. Seems to slow to be rolling around on the floor though. Also the axles trap lint/pet hair easy but the wheels can be removed with tweezers to clean it out. I wish I had space for a diorama; this would be perfect.
i just bought a C82 Turbo Racing and i have no idea how to open the body. any help would be greatly appreciated

I have the exact new Jimny and have swapped body with the Mini. The make is Beam and yes, it's 1/64. However, the body os a little long so you have to shave the fron wheel arches a bit. What's the make of the older Jimny? With the second gen c71 which had a slightly longer wheelbase, these bodies should fit perfectly.

the blue Jimny is by Aoshima; it's 1/64.

@@smallmodelcollector Ah, so Aoshima makes other models at this scale too. I have a Honda turbo city 1/64 but it's a bit big and have some difficulty removing the body because the rear view mirrors that stem from the chassis protude the body. It's quite hard to find these. I was lucky my LHS had them.

@@smallmodelcollector Hey man, i suggest you to wheel swap it
I'm confused did you have a 1/73 diecast? Or was it a hot wheels?

That’s what I’m trynna figure out. But from my understanding you just gotta get luck enough find a 1/64 diecast car that has a small chassis like some porches and Honda crv or Miata’s would fit fine as a body upgrade on these but nothing like a skyline or anything
How much is it??
1/64?
