The fact that houses are worth 1 million dollars right now in Massachusetts and there shit houses that aren't worth it. It's best to work those 10 years then receive 100billion and if you died before the 10 years at least you tried and made the best moves. Being semi poor or poor is probably the best gift man can receive, it teaches us how to be humble it teaches us how to survive better for when the billions comes if something happens and your poor again you'll know how to survive
