Hello, are the wrist pegs on male bodys that Hot Toys use compatible with eachother? I have a Hot Toys Leon S Kennedy (Resident Evil 4) figure from 2007, on which the wrist peg on the right hand broke. According to a review it uses a TrueType (tt) body.

Probably modified a TTM21 type ij the chestvand shoulder area. As bis body tone is defined and not that big by todays standard.

Hi it’s me again! I noticed the TTM21 has an ankle extension. If I feel the body is a bit too tall for Peter, can I take off that ankle extension to make it shorter?

You could try to find an original body as it was pretty good.

As you would need a black colored body to match the head thus a limited option. You can either try adding ankle extender to "heighten" the figure or use a "Haoyou Toy" (spelling?). They are designed as replacement bidy for NBA Player type and thus taller and bigger than normal bodies. I got mine from taobao (Chinese version of EBay/Amazon)

Haha as stated many times I am no expert and not a great fan of Joker. Best guess to use any narrow ahoulder body so he can wear his layers of clothing.

Witch one is better for a custom Steve Rogers ?

Definitely one of the bigger ones. Also depend on what costume you have in mind and will it fit.

Any of the TTM clone should be cheap and serviceable. But you need to check the comparable of the headsculpt socket and the body neck ball joint. For I have not bought sideshow figurrs for quite sometime.

Believe they have HT clone around USD30-40. You might want to check with your online retailers.

Think of it as Asian size versus US sizing. Maybe with some modification it might work

Recall there was a black seamless body from Phicen (TBleague) that should be perfect for MJ.

I like the seamless body types i.e. Phicen, JIAOU, etc...

I used to love them too. Had two of them and two knock-offs. ALL of them deteriorated at the joints. The latex just rotted. Didn’t even last a year. I’m switching over to hard plastic.

I have the original HOT TOYS from Nicholas Cage movie. I would recommend a tall skinny body to fit those clothes etc.

Although i did not show it, probably best if you can find a "ganghood asia" body as it is shorter and slimmer than nornal.

Toughie, either replace magent with a ball cup or replace the neck ball joint with a magnet. Doable but a lot of work...

Is it possible to head swap mattel wwe wrestling head to any of these bodies?

Yes been awhile since HOT TOYS released that GI Joe series. Might take some effort to get that head sculpt. Good luck man.

Really depend what you are going for. If I recall correctly, some manufacturer did release some "teenage" bodies for use as John Connor from T2 or another one for the girl from Logan. Hope this helps.

Just need to loosen the joint, maybe rock back and forth before leveraging it to yank it out. If you use tools you might scratch it

Sorry, mostly normal size male as 9" figure would translate to 4'6" person! You might be able to shortern some limbs to achive that.

Yes as you can chop off centimetres from his thigh and calf to shorten him. You might also need to shorten his arms in same way to avoid ape arms. For torso I prefer to leave it as the operation might be slightly more complicated.

Around the middle of the calf, that way you van glue it back with minimal sanding...
