LaTonya I swear pound for pound and week per week, you show some of the best houses I've been seeing (and I'm not saying it as a feel good statement lol), but as legitimate from me as far as I'm concern. I watch a lot of these vids on youtube to get idea/inspiration, and I've seen nice one from others as well, but most of the ones you show are always well done by the builders (including this one)! The small details are very nice and complimentary to the home throughout. And the first thing that caught my eye was from the outside. I don't think I've ever seen "silver" railings on a the porch of a house before .... (or maybe anywhere lol), they are normally black rod-iron. But that compliments the home well. And this is another video with a very well done owners bedroom, I'm loving it!

@jayb9543 thanks Jay. I have to agree with you. The details in this one are on point. The builder did an amazing job. I didn't think i would get a lot of feedback because it looked small in the front. Thanks for the positive feedback, the encouragement and the support 😊

@robertwhite5780 In this community, yes I do. I have 2 more in this community that will be featured on my channel. There are five total in The Founding at Blue Ridge. I filmed four and the fifth one is not finished.
I’m over here in California wondering why the algorithm thought I would want to watch this from across the country.
