Episode #89 - Crime finally pays
Hi all,
First episode of Piracy with the Mongrel Squad for 2023, and as the Live version is long overdue, this one will therefore take place on the PTU of 3.18.
Indeed, we generally go to the PTU to do tests but we pirate there very little because the trends on the test servers are different from what we see on the Live and no attack or booty recovered on the PTU is counted.
However, the case of 3.17/3.18 is a bit special.
Nobody wants to play on the first anymore, and all the Mongrels are so hyped for the second that there is nothing to do: now that we have finished all the tests we had planned, it's time for piracy to start again and the least we can say is that a 1.5 million aUEC check for 2 hours of work during our first outing did not disappoint us.

Indeed. I already started to see comments stating it is possible to do more doing other things... these people keep confusing playing and farming. XD

Ça donne envie, vivement que la 3.18 passe live et que j'arrive à dégager du temps pour aller m'adonner à la piraterie et hisser le pavillon noir !

Hi , nice vid Baron To one of the last comment, there could be no reason right now, at the stage of the game, to negotiate with traders but there should be in the future. The more agressive pirates are the more security they will attract (security meaning players orgs and pve security). There are several strategies, which is nice. Big game but maybe not for too long at the same place or smaller one but for longer. Up to you! Thanks again for sharing

Totally agree. There will be reasons to negociate eventually. When Agens says there is no reason to negociate, he is in fact talking about what we have now. (Editing that part of the video was a headhache because I wanted the selling at the console but that conversation was going on in the background so I tried to keep both to a minimum otherwise the video would have been 10 minutes longer).

ce gameplay fait plaisir à voir ! ^^ j'espère juste que les marges dégagées par le commerce permettront d'embaucher des escortes, et là, ce sera trop fun !!

Les fermiers étaient rarement attaqués par les pîrates, il est vrai, mais ils avaient à faire avec les bandits, les écorcheurs et les routiers... ;D
