We just moved in to our new home and I thought of giving you guys a tour.
This is just a simple legal basement suite. However, rent is expensive. It’s $1,475 CAD/month.
Breakdown:
1,200 (base) + 250 (heat/electricity/water) + 25 (dog fee)
Also, I’m gonna show you what furniture we bought from IKEA and the Whirlpool appliances this suite has (part of the lease).
