: when I worked at the post office , I worked as a mail carrier and a mha at two different buildings. when I was a mail carrier , I learned the hard way .. dont be a hard worker .. just be a normal worker and make sure you get it done and do nothing extra cause they will USEEEEEE YOU !! like work your bones out your body !

When it comes to jobs, be ready to prioritize you first. Crazy people are pervasive, so please take care of yourself out there. 🥺 Know your rights, seek plenty of allies, be sure to support those allies when it doesn't hurt, etc. Remember that you only have one life, and nobody ever regretted not working themselves to death. That said, I need to follow that advice. 😅😅 I always overdo it in my school and I seriously need to plan how I expend my effort. Otherwise I will burn out again. 😑🤕

These jobs will play you, know you’re rights as a worker & veteran. She playing & saying a freaking statement like that as if it is a problem she gonna find herself in a problem legally. She can’t tell you what to classify your days & when to take it.
