Resale home vids are always my favorites. Admittedly, the pine wood ceilings and walls of mirrors do date the house but aren’t deal breakers for me personally

I really loved this home I would actually turn upstairs into my own private master suite. Tear down the bedrooms make it one giant Room The 3rd floor would be an additional closet.

Something about this house is different. Very thankful for the video tour!

Love this house. Love that you get that true 80’ vibes throughout. And there is also so much fun stuff you could do to update parts.

Ohhh man, when I first heard this house was from the 80's I almost stopped the video... so happy I didn't! Some of it is a little too retro while some of the retro is so cool. Definitely one of the funkiest houses you have toured. With some upgrades I think this could be someones dream home... If I win the lottery this week maybe it will be mine lol

This is a beauty here. Love the old skool intercom system and radio. I love houses built in the 80s and 90s. The privacy of the backyard and the lot size gets a 👍up!

First home in a minute you have shown that is actually worth it's asking price. For me, lose all the mirrors on the walls and closet doors, replace the chandeliers and this house is perfect.

I thought it had kind of a Brady Bunch meets the Jetsons vibe. With the mirrors I thought it was very much reminiscent of the 70's. But then the chandeliers were more modern. I think they contrast too much.

And you let the ceiling like that? And the marble in the first room looks like if it has been ajusted like this to avoid some cutting. The all place lack terribly of light, and most of the time the ceiling is too low for the size of the room making it crushed. Some chandelier are good, but just too big because of that low ceiling. This is a small home like, wanting to be big but not ready for it. The entry door is wonderful but the room behind is again, crushed. It needs more work than I first thought

Now this is a house and worth $1.4M the Summerlin house that I viewed yesterday wasn't even close to this house. I would purchase this home for sure. The street coming in didn't look like you we're even living in Henderson let alone so close to Vegas.

Hello. I cannot understand what you re point. When video started when i saw the road the trees and that its just outside city i thought like ok.... we built we built till no space is left like it happens everywhere.... is that what you meant?

I have never seen streets in the Vegas area so lush (with so much trees/ plants/ vegetation).

A bit too large for me, but it is still amazing and loving the mature trees and sidewalks on large lots.

Chakits you show some sweet homes. I would love to see more town-homes/condos. I'm getting close to retirement I would to find a place I get get away to when winter hits here in the midwest.

Always loved that intro music.

That's quite an interesting layout, its almost like that first floor bedroom with the steps leading up was the original owners suite, I think I would remake it into one and combine those two bedrooms into one with a new larger bathroom. I love the upper turret room I'd have that as a reading nook with a nice sofa.

Great tour as always, I've never seen a layout like this one, think I would get lost for a few weeks if I lived there ! I would have to get the pine ceilings changed to white though as for me they didn't match with the marble. Loved the location and the pool although I would probably have more garden and less rocks around it, but very Vegas !

Great video Chuck! This is a very unique home INDEED! I'm not sure why that bold cabinet was built above the fireplace in the master bedroom however the right buyer will come along and give this place the additional upgrades needed. The pool gave me Bronx Zoo vibes. I would not have been surprised if we saw some fish ponds. Lots of gorgeousness here and I do believe the price is right!

It is definitely a show stopper! A few things: kitchen stove & oven were greasy but really liked the layout; done of the bathrooms were dated but usable. At least you could move in, live in it for a few and then redecorate to taste. Would like more green space in the back but LOVE the pool ❤

Absolutely beautiful home with top-tier high-end finishes. But the layout ruined it for me. The kitchen is closed off, I guess they were really going for the whole seclusion theme throughout. The placement of the master's vanity sinks would drive me nuts if I lived there lol especially the mirror in between both sinks...why!? The backyard is to die for tho. Thank you so much Chakits for giving us the tour

That's one beautiful home loved the interior and exterior of that mansion but the mirrors is too much on the walls and on some of the closets I'd remove them. I loved it I'd also want to install 2 built in wall ovens. I cook alot. Especially on holidays when all my family n friends come over. I wouldn't mind buying that house but I live in Texas. Thank you for sharing this video with us loved it. ❤😍😍

Warm tone "hardwood" on the ceilings, cool tone "engineered wood" on the floors, travertine then marble, granite, textured walls, non textured walls etc....so many different finishes in one house! 😮 Clearly the finishes were picked by the homeowner and not a designer. Nice home but could be so much nicer if not for all the mix/matched finishes 😥 New owners will probably gut it. Hopefully, some of it can be recycled as not to be wasteful.
