All shareholders are stakeholders as they are effected by the company’s decisions but not all stakeholders are shareholders and there are many different stakeholders

Hi, shareholders have an interest in the business which makes them stakeholders because stakeholders have an interest to a business whereas a shareholder own a percentage of the business referred to shares. (Hope that made sense)
