尾道ラーメン、食べてみたくなりました。自家製面は、どう見ても美味そうだし、スープは鳥の香りがふわっとするタイプのように見えます。正に好み。
味龍本店には、今まで3回程いきました。 尾道ラーメンの中ではあっさり系で、食べやすいラーメンです。 何より店の外観や店内がとても清潔で、女性でも入りやすいのがいい所です。
黄金のスープに多きなチャーシュー旨そうですね。

手袋つけたりつけてなかったりするのってなんなんだろう? なんか気になる。
とっても美味しそうだけど・・・ スープとして飲むことになるお水に、青いビニールがいちいち浸かってしまっているのが気になる・・・ 店主さんがそれを気にしないことが気になると言うべきか。 知らないだけで、よくあることなのかもしれないけど。。

What's the point of the rubber glove haha you're uncovered hand is touching everything that is being eaten but the gloved hand is using the tool? Also feels very institutional. Those huge pots using frozen ingredients pre-made but when preparing the food, it's not fast pace as if they are serving that many customers. Just shows them putting thr broth into containers with lids. This means they are freezing or storing for later in the week... so nothing is fresh. Not even the noodles as they package them too meaning they use what they can and the rest is stored for later in the week.

Thanks for the comment. We have another store here, that's why we make so many. As you said, there were very few customers that day. The restaurant is not always full every day. Some days are good, some days are not. But it doesn't change the fact that the people at the restaurant are preparing every day for the customers who come.
