her drawing style is so old school, with all do respect to her, her drawing style reminds me of illustration in Enid Blyton cover books the Famous Five during the 70's ... awesome!!!

This made me think of a book we had with illustrations by Rackman and another with illustrations by Heath-Robinson. Who knows where they ended up? What an endearing woman. Not having children, I'm not familiar with her work.

Read the Alfie stories to my Son, he’s 36 now! I enjoyed them as much as he did! 👍

I noticed in one comic I read years ago that one character's sweater collar went from being a ribbed poloneck in one panel to a high crewneck further down the page and then a crewneck in the last panel ! I wondered if the artist hadn't slept for a while or whether he was having a laugh at the reader !
