Thanks for supporting the channel!
In this video, I will open, build, and review the 1/12 Scale "BUILDING 7.0" Pop-up Diorama from Extreme Sets.
This is the first of these that I have assembled, and I did it from that point-of-view. Let me know in the comments if you prefer to see my thinking process in action or if you prefer a more polished video where I check it out before trying to assemble it for the first time on camera. I thought it might provide more insight into what the experience is like if someone is getting one of these not knowing what to expect, but it makes for a longer video runtime.
I ended up giving it some special modifications of my own and tweaking it a little to my own liking. I will post a short "Part 2" follow-up video showing that, so be sure to check it out as well.
Thanks to all my subscribers. Please be sure to like, and I try to read all comments, so please give me some feedback. It's a fairly new channel, so I really rely a lot on it.

Hey mate. Good video. Unfortunately I did not watch it entirely due to the length, as I already saw dhunter's video since it was close to 30 mins. I'd suggest you keep the follow up videos between the 25-35 min mark so more people can commit their time to it. I did watch from around 58 mins as I wanted to see the diorama against your room to have an idea of the size. It's a good set specially when you paid half price on EE. I bought from them at half price as well, however I've gotten it shipped to a parcel forwarding address in Texas who would then forward it to me @ $8/lbs. What I did not expect was that it'd weight close to 9 lbs. That's coming close to $ 72 for me, which is making me reconsider getting it shipped. It's a nice piece but not sure it's worth the $72+$30 price. At the end of the day it's still a building, and I'm thinking I will print some high-res images and stick them to cardboard to get the same effect.

Yeah. I think you could probably make your own personalized pop-up dioramas fairly easy with a decent printer and stick on sticker paper...for a fraction of the cost. I may attempt that for the subject of a video soon. Thanks for the feedback. 🙂
