I was in the car going home and my phone went off for a WEA, so when I got home I did the good 'ol restart-the-phone trick to capture it on video.

You'd be correct, I recorded this with an iPhone 8. I'm not even sure why my phone was getting the WEA because i'm not in Calhoun county. Weird geofencing I guess. The iPhone 8 did not receive this message likely because of that.

They probably had to send it fast and accidentally send a typo without realising. All speculation though.

@@_Ray_ys Correct. It was a lot to juggle trying to adapt our operations, while sending out a message as timely as possible. The WEA message originated from the 911 center and it was chaotic!
