Honestly I love those they held up well and they a have a thing for the shoe laces so you can make them tighter, the only complaints I have with them bus the laces rip quick and I thought the soles would be a bit thicker but there not super thin either which is good

They did feel a bit snug when I first bought them but after they broke in they feel great 👍 I usually wear a size 8.5 men’s I think and that’s what I got and they feel great now

No I did 200 one day then 800 the other, but it sucked I was pretty sore for a couple of days after that.
