How do you avoid tear out when routing those through dovetails? It doesn't appear possible to use a facing or a backer board. I feel like this would provide a lot of tear out on the dovetails.
Thanks for the video. You made a mistake when you made a second pass to make things fit. With this machine, setting the cuts accurately will give you constant cuts. In my opinion, you should of moved the fence a little to make it work so you had a reference point for all the other cuts.

Yes, that's definitely another option. I was looking for a way to make it work with the stock settings. But the tool does provide a lot of precise adjustability for different situations.
