Many times I feel many elders become manipulative with age..bcoz they know sympathy will be with them always. I used to feel this so strongly but I alws felt I am not right in thinking this. Today I felt very liberated to some extent 😊❤

Also, boys side of parents should also respect the girls side of family and not assume supremacy just bcoz they gave birth to a boy...

Yehi truth nahi hai. Aaj kal working girls bhi ladke par yani apne pati ko daba k rakhna chahti hai. Unki maa hi unhe sikhati hai k hum bhi to kamate hai. Hum kyu dab k rahe. Apne beti k ghar k Sare decisons wo khud leti hai. Aur ladki bolti hai jaisa meri maa kahegi mai waisa hi karungi.

Yes! I am glad a person from our generation can think and talk this way. I'm so glad that you have so many followers who listen to you voluntarily. I have shared it with my contacts. Hopefully, they will watch and learn. In my teaching, I talk about health and unnecessary stress; a lot of that stress comes from exactly the belief systems you mentioned. Many of the students I teach are from India and around, and they often come from middle-class families and have these belief systems. Because of these, they are often stressed, guilty, and burdened. Point 6- I would like to say that our parents generation couple should stop forcing their children to take care of them . Actually they are the ones who are creating toxic married life for their children , today 's couple prefer to stay childless because of this reason or shifting abroad to avoid interference and dominating behaviour of their parents . Point 7- Be yourself be happy is the reality of life . Everyone needs to have a healthy life , financial independence is the basic necessity nobody can serve anybody at the cost of their own mental health, well being , self respect and happiness .
