I told God that I'm tired of my pain and hurt emotionally but I told Jesus that I will put my heart beside your Heart in the Holy Eucharist so that every beat of it kasama na yung pain ko bahala na sia kung when nya aalisin yun. After I said that to Him parang I felt His breathe of peace. I went out from the chapel full of joy. Unexplained feeling of love, serenity that I couldn't forget that experience.

Deleting unforgiveness we have to accept that forgiving does not emmidetly take away the pain, it takes times.. To love is to give other people to hurt you.
