Another day of severe weather and flooding roared through an already hard hit West, Texas. As storms became stronger they began to train over the city of Andrews, Texas causing significant Flash Flooding which lead to yet more motorists sinking their cars or stalling out while crews worked to close down streets. Multiple homes and businesses were inundated by water near the downtown area and received damage. Streets near the local park were now part of the local pond as you can see fountains spewing into the air eye level with the street.
