Can you explain the o ring replacement? What was wrong with them? What do they do? How did you know you should replace them? Great video 👍🏾

When the orings Crack or dry up it causes the controls not to work. It works from a vacuum. So when the controls don't work it's bc of a vacuum problem. Orings is a good place to start
Step by step? How did you get that other front screw out?? I can't get a socket on it for the life of me. Even with the dash partially pulled out.

I love my all stock 2000 Mercury grandmarquis just got it February. 6 passanger its roomy the trunk is enormous. And they float down the road like a couch.
