These are all nonsense. The Buddha never ever asked His disciples to follow this type of Meditation You people are just Wasting Your most valuable time in this life by practicing In-haling and Out-healing air through nose. Buddha asked "Suneetha" (Scavenger Labourer), keep the things that you are carrying on your shoulders on the ground. What that really means, leave the defilements that you are carrying. The intelligent "Suneetha" realised it then and there.

You have misunderstood m friend. This is one method of meditation.By starting this through 'Kaayagathaa Sathi' (thinking ailng about body) next you enter into 'the mind'.Do not get attached to In/out hailing.It is the entrance.
