thanks nice tip to allow multiple apache and php version, xampp is missing multi enviroment feature such as what others such as Wamp offers. One thing I would add is you must reconfigure your php.ini as needed file for new version.

hey everyone, i'm a beginner and i had this error when trying to host my laravel project Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0". the hosting server uses 8.1.0 and when i checked my pc with php -v i found that i had 8.1.1 how can i fix it? The project is too big i can't start it from scratch

Yes you are facing php version issue so first make sure your laravel version and then downgrade or upgrade according to the php supported version to laravel

Yes it's mean your port was reserved or you accidently deleted some files which are necessary. it's very common issue.
