Step 3 you're supposed to remove the window and place it in those handles you were confused by at first that did nothing. Those secure the window in place before lowering the mid section and removing the center bar.

@@Jeff-jr3sgwell then i guess its a rookie move on my part assuming they all had four 🤣 i can't lie, i don't have the same knowledge of the avalanche as i do my vintage work toys. Its 05 but still too many computers for me and im decent with tech.

I was looking at the engine plastic and throttle body angle and was like what motor is this then I was like oh ya they offered them in 3/4 ton it's an 8.1l
