A step drill would be a much better choice.

did u need to get the bike re tuned or re jetted after doing this? did it affect the way it runs at all?

no but i did this yesterday..its a fuel injected engine so it somewhat will tune itself..rode it after and seems to be doin jus fine as far as i can tell..plus has alot better sound thats not too loud but louder than stock

@@lXlVulcan No, I wont. In fact if you took that to any Dino tune shop they would just laugh at what you did. Classic rookie mistake.

Do need to reprogram the computer for this??

No, if you are just drilling no need to update the computer or "tune".

Is it tolerable noise on a highway?

The sound is not too loud at highway speed.

Do I need to retune/retune if I do this to my bike?
