One important factor I had implemented when I owned my stock transfer agency was to also ensure that the server was based in a room that was not internal walls (unless it was reinforced with steel and concrete) as we went through internal control audits yearly and it was necessary. Also the vault for physical securities was handled the same way. Locked fire safe cabinets etc..4 levels of protection.

Seeing as the video was made back in 2014 it is very likely that they do not work there anymore or have moved to a new E-Mail.
