I went to the "Esashi Jinku Festival," a spring festival in Esashi, Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture.
I did not have a chance to go there very often, but this year
　Isawa: All Japan Nohadate no Tsudoi
　Maesawa: Oshu Maesawa Spring Festival
　Mizusawa: Hidaka Fire Prevention Festival
I have seen the following two festivals, so I would like to keep this one under control.
I also visited the Esashi Jinku performance at the Oshu-Maezawa Spring Festival because of its "impact".
The spectacular Nenshu-ren stage, the "Hyakushika Grand Swarm Dance" on an overwhelming scale, and the "Esashi Jinku Grand Parade".
It was well worth seeing.
It is also a place associated with the Oshu Fujiwara clan, but due to time, energy, and SD capacity, I was not able to walk around the town, so I hope to visit again in the future.
Nensyukuren, Yakunenren (bad year team)
It is a unique custom in Oshu City to form teams of classmates starting from the year of their birth, and to take on the role of community enlivening by hosting events, performing, and so on.
In managing the event, communication within the team and advice from the older team members help to build a stronger community.
Today, local communities tend to be weak.
This is a good example of how this can be done.
