When I was younger even though they were speaking Japanese I thought they said where you go? Lol

6:51 You could have avoided damage there simply by walking up to the goon, gun drawn. He puts his hands up, then you can punch him once to down him. I LOVED doing that whenever I could, haha (though I think you can do it only like two or three times in this game).

Throw back to when single player was just as fun as multi-player

This mission inspired me to visit japan, for this exact levels scenery.

I loved this chapter as a kid lol. Working your way through a badass japanese estate and fighting off Yakuza. It's so badass XD

For me, Xbox, the original Xbox, man those were the days! I still have this game, funny thing is I don't have my Xbox anymore, just a old PS2 & my Xbox1/Xbox360. Obviously I can still play this on Xbox1, I just need to put in some code at Xbox.com! But I never done something like that & I don't know where to start! I still have a lot of Xbox games I can still play for my Xbox1 thank god! So with that being said, let the good times roll & bring back the memories!

Damn i played through this mission so many times

very professional gameplay

James Bond: The true man with the golden gun

I love the Yakuza dudes who wear sunglasses and dress up in suits and tuxes

the enemies dialogue in this mission has always been an inside joke with my brothers and I 😂 this gen of gaming was peak

I had played this when I was younger, and this is the first time I'm seeing all these different access routes! 100%

The Wolfram has such a mesmorising sound when you fire the weapon.

The fastest way to kill the ninja was to use the shotgun on semi-auto and get close to him, and hold down the trigger button and move back if he advances toward you.

You use shotgun in almost every single game of shooting, and you can a great deal of damage to an enemy sentry, always works ;)

One thing I hated about this game was the fact that you didn't get to choose your default pistol. Once you unlocked the "Gold" version, that's the only one you could have on that save. And once you got the P99, it defaulted to that, gold one for it too.

Yeah that bothered me as well. My favourite was the default PPK, P99 was good as well too but wish you could just disable the Gold awards like in AUF.

It's emulated so it plays at 1080p natively. It may look brighter because it's not analog to digital in a capture card.

It’s sad Mayhew didn’t make it but at least thanks to his redemption hero actions in this level at least Commander Bond and MI6 can defeat Drake pure evil plans before he tries to destroy or takes over the world of what’s left of it right guys Earth needs to be thousands of millions of innocent animal and 6 billion innocent humans lives are at risk except Drake army forces but Don’t worry about that Bond MI6 and the other secret intelligences will stop them for that right fellow hero fans.

Do you get that cutscene with the sniper by going through the bottom? Because I never got that one

the grunts in this level are so noisy. they whisper "he's coming through", then afterwards yell the same sentences over and over

"Trial and error: The Mission" I hate rescuing these freaking hostages that die instantly unless you arbitrarily do what the game wants.

There's like 10 body armors. How can you possibly die?

The GameCube and Xbox versions are superior. They had to cut down some stuff in the ps2 version like the max number of bots in multiplayer.

@@DanielBlaney I always felt the multiplayer felt so empty for having such big areas. Didn’t know that!

This was one of my favorite levels in the game... Although, now that I think about it, most of the on-foot missions were my favorites... haha that speaks volumes about the level design. The only levels that weren't really good were the later vehicle missions, especially the sub one.

By practicing. :P What I do too is "fix" the crosshair in their headshot height and just move left and right with the stick. Sometimes it's better than moving the crosshair.

Same as before it's just practice and knowing the enemies' path. Just crouch and move quickly through spots knowing they won't see you.

That moment when you realize this game was the first time Bond did anything of note in Japan since You Only Live Twice in 1967. Edit: Also, was I the only one who made the two Yakuza thugs at the beginning of the third leg of the stage surrender, and then punch them?

What are your Dolphin settings? I can't find good settings anywhere. I'm trying the prologue but it's slowed down, and the cutscenes have lines through them.

The lines is currently impossible to fix, as for the slow downs it depends on your system. What's your system specs? I use the latest development version of Dolphin with Direct3D 11 backend.

Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.8GHZ 4GB RAM GeForce GTX 750 TI (2GB VRAM) It's my CPU that's really outdated for this I'm guessing, as I heard that's what emulators rely on.

Yeah the CPU is holding you back. Try using the latest version with Direct3D 11 and native (lowest) resolution. Other settings should be left as default. If Direct3D 11 still lags, try Vulkan if your GPU supports it.
