I have one. It's pretty good but only downfall is the charger ends up not charging anymore and you can't buy the charger separately

Hey Ali, if you use it on the sensitive area it is ok, but just be extra careful and at your own risk.

Sir!!how long should be charged for the first time pls.??and your device has no indicator light,first.second the charger also has no good n bright indicater so you put indicaters in both charger n the body of device.

Your not supposed to use it while it charges, says in the manual

I got a special extension for this trimmer along with other extensions. You dont have that extension in this package.

In my experience it’s more like leaving my phone charging over night. I don’t worry about it being overcharged.

How to make it corded? So that it works with a cord only. Because batteries deterriorate

If it is plugged in then it works, so just use it as it is. Maybe if the cord is too short, then you need to extend it somehow. Thank you for watching!

Hi Joshua, according to the manual, "When the appliance has charged for 16 hour, it has a cordless operating time of up to 60 minutes (MG3710, MG3711, MG3712, MG3720, MG3721, MG3730, MG3731, MG3740) or 70 minutes (MG3757, MG3748, MG3747)".

Does it work well on just a moustache itself?

As per manual: After every use: cleaning under the tap 1 Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the wall socket. 2 Remove any comb or cutting element from the appliance. 3 Rinse the hair chamber under a warm tap. 4 Clean the cutting element and comb under a warm tap. 5 Carefully shake off excess water and let all parts air dry completely.

Hey Hazem. These are 2 different products, so I can't say which one is better, because I think Multigroom series 1000 is mainly for facial hair, but 3000 is also for your head hair and nose trimmer.

Hi Ravi, you can leave it to charge for 16 hours, this way it should be fully charged.

As per manual "it is not washable. Never immerse the appliance in water and do not rinse it under the tap." ... "Only the attachments can be rinsed under the tap."
