Oh my god these switches look so pretty--the lilas feature ly blends as well; there must be a correlation between ly blends and pretty switches :)

Thanks for the posting. I recently have purchased Monsgeek m1W and still been waiting. cant wait. I like Akko v3 cream yellow, but just found GATERON oil king sounds good! Is oil king linear?

Yes, Oil Kings have a bit heavier operating force. But if you're on a budget, definitely go for the Cream Yellows. (Also, nice choice on the monsgeek!)

nice video. really wished that you couldve done some sound test with cherry profile instead of xda. Xda kinda masks the sound IMO. Great video regardless.

Fair point! I'm planning to change the keycaps (I didn't have any that would suit aesthetically, but I ordered some sets, so hopefully I can upgrade it soon!)

Hi could you pls compare these switches to some other long pole switches in terms of feel and sound (i.e. deeper)? And would you say that there is a significant difference between these switches and the standard switches with 4mm travel due to their extremely short travel difference?

I'd say more creamy - but I think it's somewhat because of the half-rounded stem bottom. Regarding the travel difference I'd say the bottom-out feeling is more 'prompt' here, while the actuation point is still at 2.0mm so in regards of speed no big diff.

Where did you learn that ly is ptfe and pom? Ive been looking everywhere for what ly is but havent found anything on it.

How does the Flower Garden compare to Oil King? Such as sound profile and smoothness?

The Flowers are FAR superior to Oil Kings. I have 2 different batches of Oil Kings and after a couple of weeks they became terribly scratchy and springy. I specifically dislike Gateron switches in general, as they're way overpriced compared to their quality.

@@ArtemisTsukuyomi Also much better. Creamier, not scratchy (the stock is also perfect, no need for hand-lubing), and pleasant type feel.

How would you describe these compared to the Akashi?

The Akashi has a bit higher-pitched sound and can be a bit louder (though really not an overwhelming difference). Also the Akashi has a lighter bottom-out force. Both have a pretty perfect feel.

Yes, pricey - but I wasn't able to find any other Full LY material switches on the market And the sound and feel (even if I don't like spending so much money on a switch) - I have to admit: is worth the money
